Tiny Storage Cart is a fast and simple shopping cart, where the products are stored in the HTML5 localStorage. It can be implemented very easily.
The Tiny Storage Cart works without jQuery or other JavaScript frameworks. All product data can easily be set and selected by using data attributes. With RequireJS just the required components are loaded and unnecessary JavaScript is avoided.
It works without databases and includes just basic HTML as well as JavaScript. So the usage is very easy. With a simple „copy and paste“ of some JavaScript as well as adding data-attributes to your existing HTML, you’ll be able to add a functional and customized shop to your website. It’s recommended for small stores.
To add a product or display a cart information you just have to add data-attributes to your existing HTML. What is shown in the users cart can be customized as divs with the overall control over styling.
Loading times are fast as it operates independent of a database.
